《中国好声音》中导师身份建构的语用研究

A Pragmatic Account on the Construction of Coaches' Identities in “The Voice of China

  • 摘要: 基于身份建构论与身份的自我方位模式,以《中国好声音》中导师与学员的互动话语为语料,考察了导师在节目中建构的身份类型、建构策略以及身份建构的社交语用理据。研究发现,导师在《中国好声音》的舞台上,利用不同的言语行为与语用策略,分别建构了四种身份类型:专业的导师、亲和的导师、谦虚的导师和幽默的导师。身份建构是导师为满足交际需要而可供调用的语用资源。专业的导师身份和幽默的导师身份维护了导师的自我面子,而亲和的导师身份和谦虚的导师身份则维护了学员的面子。总而言之,四种身份类型都构建了导师积极正面的自我形象,实现了正能量的传播。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the personal identities the coaches construct strategically as well as their social pragmatic motivations within the framework of identity construction theory and the seff-aspect model of identity.The data is collected from the coaches' interaction with the artists in The Voice of China.It is found that on the stage of this program, the identities the coaches construct, by means of different speech acts and pragmatic strategies, include a professional coach, an amiable coach, a modest coach and a humorous coach.The construction of identities is pragmatic resources available for the coaches to meet their communicative needs.It is argued in the paper that the identities of professional and humorous coaches protect the coaches' own faces while the identities of amiable and modest coaches save the artists' faces.In conclusion, the four types of personal identities build up the coaches' desirable self-images and contribute to the transmit of positive energy.
