高校工程管理专业平台课程融合“生命周期维-实践维-能力维”体系的构建

  • 摘要: 随着建设工程的复杂化,当前工程管理专业教学模式培养出的管理人才不能较好地满足社会及市场的需求,工程管理专业教学体系改革迫在眉睫。文章简要分析了工程管理专业教学体系的现状以及平台课程融合体系构建的必要性,以知识融合为核心,以生命周期执业能力和能力教育导向为导向,构建了工程管理专业平台课程融合生命周期维-实践维-能力维体系。为给新形势下工程管理专业教育教学改革提供有益参考,透过平台课程融合体系给出了坚持以知识融合为核心思维,以学科交叉为重要载体的教学改革思路,重点打造国际化、博士化、双师型的工程管理专业教学科研团队和注重校企合作、强化社会网络,促进政产学研融合三点启示。

     

    Abstract: With the complexity of the construction project, the management talents under the traditional teaching mode of engineering management specialty is difficult to meet the needs of the market and society, so it is imminent to reform the teaching system.This paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching system and the necessity of the platform course fusion system of engineering management specialty, it constructs a platform course fusion life cycle dimension-practice dimension-ability dimension system of engineering management professional with knowledge fusion being the core, the life cycle of practice ability and ability oriented education being the guide.In order to provide useful reference for the reform of engineering management specialty in the new situation, the teaching reform ideas that insists on the integration of knowledge as the core thinking and the discipline crossing as an important carrier, focused on creating an International, Doctoral, Double-division teaching research team, deepening school enterprise cooperation and strengthening social networks for the engineering management professional, the three enlightenments that promote political research integration have been put forward according to the platform course fusion system.
