Abstract: Higher education internationalization is a new important route of constructing higher education to make country powerful in China, also is an important support of One Belt And One Road strategy.Using scientific methods to make the evaluation index system of higher education internationalization level, then analyzing its special connotation and doing quantitative evaluation for the internationalization level of the Chinese universities and colleges, these countermeasures can supply references for those Chinese universities and colleges to make scientific orientation as well as develop the characteristic, lay a foundation for constructing higher education internationalization to make country powerful and make higher education internationalization standards.
