Abstract: Sino-foreign cooperation higher education is a important form of higher education internationalization,which depends on completely quality assurance system.Based on the generally definition of higher education quality control and supervision,this article analyzes the main institutions and projects of country(territory)external quality assurance system as well as inner quality assurance system in China,then points out the future development direction of the quality assurance system of Sino-foreign cooperation in Higher Education.
