Abstract: Internationalization is the world trend of higher education in 21th.The Yunnan higher education facing Southeast has an advantage of favorable,climatic,geographical and human conditions, it acquires many important achievements as well as faces challenges in the future, so we must enhance pre-research and top-level design in strategy.Based on the analysis of era opportunities of the Yunnan higher education facing Southeast, this article evaluates the international level and plans the important opening fields, reasonablely, then proposes the countermeasures for brands projects of opening strategy in Yunnan college and university.
