Abstract: Mobile phone is a significant progress in the history of communication tools, from mobile phones to today's 4G mobile phone, it is a new round science and technology revolution in the history of communication. However, with the improvement of mobile phones, people rely on mobile phones more and more seriously. Especially the students, as the main force of mobile phone users, if the use of improper, it will bring huge negative impact. This article through the investigation of some college students in Yunnan Agricultural University, found that college students have mobile phones in the proportion of one hundred percent. Nowadays, the mobile phone has weakened the exchange between the students, which results in interpersonal tension. Physical damage caused by mobile phone radiation,the use time of mobile phone is too long to affect learning, relying on mobile phones to solve problems, and so on, become the key and difficult points of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, which need to be focused on.
