Abstract:
In recent years, the using of public-private partnership in the field of public services in China is being gained more and more attention, and by Government Procurement which is a model of public-private partnership to provide educational services is being explored constantly by academic circles on the theory and practice. But be compared with government purchasing other public services, there are few research achievements of government purchasing educational services, its research status is not optimistic. The article induces and combs current research achievements of government purchasing educational services in China from six aspects: basic theory, purchasing policies, purchasing fields, purchasing forms and patterns, purchasing problems and risks, purchasing system construction, in order to provide beneficial reference for subsequent research on government purchasing educational services in China.
