城镇化对我国私人汽车拥有量影响的实证研究

The Study of the Impacts of Urbanization to Private Car Holding Quantity in China

  • 摘要: 城镇化建设为我国新型城镇化的推进奠定了基础,我国私人汽车拥有量也随着新型城镇化的发展而迅速增长。本文选取城镇居民人均可支配收入、城镇人口和城镇居民家庭人均现金消费支出等作为解释变量,运用Eviews 6.0进行计量经济分析。最终得出城镇化对我国私人汽车拥有量有显著影响,其中城镇居民可支配收入和城镇人口是主要影响因素。根据实证结果对政府部门提出了相关政策建议,认为加强交通基础设施建设以及交通秩序管理,鼓励使用公共交通工具和提高城镇居民公共福利,才是当前新型城镇化进程中解决私有汽车拥有量快速增长的有效措施。

     

    Abstract: The urbanization construction laid the groundwork for the new type of urbanization, private car holding quantity increase rapidly in China along with the development of the new type of urbanization. This paper selects urban per capita disposable income, the urban population, as well as per capita consumption expenditure of urban households as the explanatory variable, and applies Eviews 6.0 to econometric analysis. Finally, it is concluded that urbanization has a significant influence on private car holding quantity in China, urban resident's disposable income and the urban population are the main influence factors. According to the empirical results, relevant policy suggestions are puts forward, and it holds that strengthening the construction of infrastructure facilities and traffic management, encouraging the use of public transportation and improving the urban public welfare are the effective measures to solve the rapid growth of private car holding quantity in the current new urbanization.
