影响高校青年教师职业幸福感的因素分析——基于云南保山学院的调查

Research on Factors Influencing Professional Well-being of University Teachers:A Case of Baoshan University

  • 摘要: 教师职业幸福感对教师的生活质量和工作质量提高具有重要意义。工作情感、薪资待遇、工作环境、工作成效、人际关系和身体健康以及职业本身都会影响高校青年教师的职业幸福感。通过对云南保山学院青年教师问卷和访谈的调查分析, 热爱高校工作、对工作的成就感和较好的人际关系是影响青年教师职业幸福感的主要因素;而工作压力大、身体健康状况不佳, 对工资待遇和工作环境的不满往往是造成青年教师职业幸福感失落的原因。

     

    Abstract: Teachers' professional happiness is of great importance in improvement of teacher's life and work quality. Many factors, including professional well-being, salary, work environment, work effectiveness, interpersonal relationship, fitness and the occupation you are engaged in, can influence young teachers' professional happiness. Through the survey of questionnaire and interview for the case of young teachers in Baoshan University, this paper finds that enthusiasm for their work, sense of achievement, preferable interpersonal relationship are the main factors influencing their professional happiness, while, high pressure, poor health, dissatisfaction on salary and work environment caused the lack of professional happiness
