Abstract:
Teachers' professional happiness is of great importance in improvement of teacher's life and work quality. Many factors, including professional well-being, salary, work environment, work effectiveness, interpersonal relationship, fitness and the occupation you are engaged in, can influence young teachers' professional happiness. Through the survey of questionnaire and interview for the case of young teachers in Baoshan University, this paper finds that enthusiasm for their work, sense of achievement, preferable interpersonal relationship are the main factors influencing their professional happiness, while, high pressure, poor health, dissatisfaction on salary and work environment caused the lack of professional happiness
