Abstract:
In recent years, due to the need of the project enrich the people and prosper Yunnan, the government encourages Yunnan native graduates' to find jobs out of Yunnan province, actively, for a while, going out has become the key words of graduates' employment. This paper analyzes the cultural background why Yunnan native graduates' are difficult to go out, from the aspect of geographical environment, cultural and psychological factors and economic factors, and then, it puts forward the method proposing graduates' employment outside of Yunnan province, and the research will fill the gap on this field, so as to help in-depth development of related research, thereby, it can make pointed reference to guide follow-up employment guidance work.
