Abstract: Due to the enhancement of China political, economical and cultural strength, the proportion of China English expressions is increasing in language teaching, learning and testing. For the educators, how to make China English go overseas and face to the world is an urgent task. From the phonogical, lexical, syntaxical and textual level, the resouces of China English are analysed. From Chinglish, China English, to a world English, purported China English is always playing an important role in college English teaching and learning. In addition, this exploration will provide an enlightment for the tendency of language teaching and learning.
