Abstract: The research focuses on these surveys,such as Professional attitude, awareness of the comprehensive quality, ability to organize and coordinate and interpersonal attitude, based on the questionnaire on the college students of Yunnan Agricultural University. It also provides some advice for reference from the aspects, such as How to strengthen the cultivation of the outlook of the world, life and values,How to enrich the campus culture and How to strengthen the mental health education etc., in order to promote students' comprehensive quality, which is based on the conditions of the university.
