创新人才培养模式下的农学品牌专业打造——以云南农业大学农学专业为例

Innovating Mode of Talents Training and Building Brand of Agronomy Specialty: A Case Study on Agronomy Specialty of Yunnan Agricultural University

  • 摘要: 以云南农业大学农学与生物技术学院农学专业为例, 论述了云南农业大学为适应云南高原特色农业发展, 结合社会需求,在人才培养目标定位、创新人才培养模式、组建优秀教学团队、优化人才培养过程等方面进行的探索与实践, 以实现农学专业人才培养目标, 提高教学质量, 着力打造具有地域特色、行业特质、自身特点的农学品牌专业, 满足云南省农业产业对高素质农业人才的需求。

     

    Abstract: In the present paper, as a case study on agronomy specialty of College of Agronomy and Biotechnology, Yunnan Agricultural University, it has been reported that the exploration and practice for targeting orientation of talents training, innovating mode of talents training, organization of excellent teaching group, optimizing process of talents training have been made by Yunnan Agricultural University to adapt the development of agriculture characteristics of Yunnan plateau in context of the social demand for talents. These efforts are to achieve the objective of talents training of agronomy specialty, to advance the teaching quality, to heavily build agronomy brand specialty with local, professional, and self characteristics, and to satisfy the demand for high-quality agricultural talents in agricultural industry of Yunnan province.
