基于钻石模型的我国食品行业区域竞争优势影响因素研究

Research on the Factors Affecting the Competitive Advantages of Regional Food Industry Based on Diamond Model

  • 摘要: 我国食品行业面临如何持续增长和区域协调发展问题。本文首先基于波特钻石模型基本框架, 构造了我国食品行业区域竞争优势影响因素理论模型; 然后依据20042010年全国省际面板数据进行了实证分析。综合实证结果, 认为对我国食品行业总体以及三个子行业区域竞争优势的形成, 都产生显著影响的因素有:农业资源因素、劳动力成本因素、产业集聚因素、企业规模因素; 而产业开放度、全要素生产率和企业营销支出因素对行业的影响各异。最后本文提出了促进食品行业区域发展的具体建议。

     

    Abstract: The problems which Chinese food industry facing are sustained growth and coordinated regional development. This paper firstly constructs a theoretical model of factors affecting the competitive advantages of regional food industry based on Diamond Model, then makes an empirical analysis based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2004 to 2010. The results show that, such factors as agricultural resources, labor cost, industrial agglomeration and firm size have significant effects; such factors as industrial opening, TFP and enterprise marketing expenditures have different effects on different industries. Finally, this paper puts forward specific proposals to promote development of the regional food industry.
