社会治理创新视域下基层部门发展的SWOT分析——以S市12345便民服务热线为例

The SWOT Analysis of the Development of the Grassroots Sector in the Perspective of Social Governance:Taking the 12345 Convenience Hotline as a Case in S City

  • 摘要: 便民热线作为数字城管的组成部分, 在社会治理创新中发挥重要作用。通过SWOT分析法, 综合分析便民热线发展的内部资源条件和外部环境变化的四大因素, 提出四大发展策略。一是SO策略:积极发展; 二是ST策略:利用优势, 面对威胁; 三是WO策略:抓住机会, 提升自己; 四是WT策略:稳步发展。

     

    Abstract: As an part of digital urban management, the role of convenience hotline is important in the innovation of social governance. Through SWOT analytical method, internal resources condition and four factors of external environmental changes of convenience hotline were analyzed comprehensively, at last, four strategies were proposed: SO strategies: positive development; ST strategy: to take advantage of threats; WO strategies: seizing the opportunity to enhance themselves; WT strategies: steady development.
