农业新质生产力对农业碳排放的影响机制研究

Research on the Impact Mechanism of Agricultural New Quality Productivity on Agricultural Carbon Emissions

  • 摘要: 基于2013—2022年中国30个省级面板数据,利用双向固定效应模型和工具变量法,实证分析农业新质生产力对农业碳排放的影响及其作用机制。研究表明:农业新质生产力发展显著抑制农业碳排放,农业全要素生产率提升与农业产业结构升级在其中发挥部分中介作用,农业经营规模则具有正向调节效应。据此提出应加快培育农业新质生产力、推动产业结构绿色升级、深化农业规模经营等政策建议,以助力农业低碳转型。

     

    Abstract: Based on provincial panel data from 30 Chinese provinces from 2013 to 2022, this study empirically analyzed the impact and its underlying mechanisms of agricultural new quality productivity on agricultural carbon emissions, using a two-way fixed effects model and instrumental variable methods. The findings showed that the development of agricultural new quality productivity significantly inhibited agricultural carbon emissions, with improvements in agricultural total factor productivity and the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure played partial mediating roles, while the scale of agricultural operations exerted a positive moderating effect. Accordingly, policy recommendations are proposed, including accelerating the cultivation of agricultural new quality productivity, promoting green upgrading of the industrial structure, and deepening large-scale agricultural operations, to facilitate the low-carbon transition of agriculture.
