  • 摘要: 核技术农业应用是农业新质生产力的重要组成与典型代表。通过对核技术农业应用的历史脉络与现实场景进行系统梳理,本文发现核技术农业应用起步与发展得益于不同时期国家重大战略决策创造的战略机遇,中国在植物诱变育种、同位素示踪、农产品辐照加工、昆虫辐射不育等核技术应用的关键议题上取得了显著成就。同时,这些议题在基础研究、自主化转型、产业化发展等方面仍存在进步的空间。主动服务国家战略需求、跨界融合新兴技术、拓展多样化应用场景与开展更深入的国际合作是核技术农业应用的未来发展方向,是其作为国家创新资源的战略价值所在。

     

    Abstract: Nuclear for agriculture constitute an important component and a representative form of new quality productive forces in the agricultural sector. Through a systematic review of the historical trajectory and contemporary practices of such applications, this study finds that their emergence and development have benefited from the strategic opportunities created by major national policy decisions in different periods. China has achieved notable progress on several key fronts, including mutation breeding in plants, isotope tracing, irradiation processing of agricultural products, and the sterile insect technique. At the same time, these areas still leave room for further improvement in basic research, indigenous transformation, and industrialization. Looking ahead, the future development of nuclear technology applications in agriculture lies in proactively serving national strategic needs, integrating with emerging technologies across disciplines, expanding diversified application scenarios, and pursuing deeper international cooperation. These directions also embody the strategic value of such applications as a national innovation resource.
