农地利用效率的时空演进特征与影响因素分析以西部地区为例

Spatiotemporal Evolution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Agricultural Land Use Efficiency: A Case Study of Western China

  • 摘要: 立足大食物观统筹多元食物资源、提升农地高效利用与食物保障供给能力的发展背景,本研究利用2013—2023年中国西部11个省区市的面板数据,采用Super-SBM模型测度农地利用效率,结合ArcGIS空间分析揭示其时空演进特征,通过时空地理加权回归模型(GTWR)识别影响因素的时空异质性及驱动路径。结果表明:(1)西部地区农地利用效率呈“前期低效缓升,后期跃升有效”的阶段性特征,2020年后综合技术效率达到相对有效水平(均值≥1),但区域内部差异显著,西北地区效率高于西南地区。(2)西北地区农地利用效率相对较高,主要得益于纯技术效率的持续提升。(3)各影响因素对农地利用效率的影响程度和变化方向呈现时空异质性特征。基于此,需实施分区域提质增效,优化多元化食物供给结构,完善要素保障体系等资源优化方案,以提升西部地区农地资源利用效率与多元食物供给能力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the development background of adhering to the big food concept to coordinate diverse food resources, enhance the efficient utilization of agricultural land, and improve the capacity for food supply assurance, this study used panel data from 11 provincial-level administrative regions in western China from 2013 to 2023. The Super-SBM model was adopted to measure agricultural land use efficiency, combined with ArcGIS spatial analysis to reveal its spatiotemporal evolutionary characteristics, and the geographically and temporally weighted regression (GTWR) model to identify the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of influencing factors and their driving pathways. The results indicated that: (1) The agricultural land use efficiency in western China showed a phased pattern of “low-efficiency slow increase in the early stage, followed by a leap to effective levels in the later stage”, with comprehensive technical efficiency reaching a relatively effective level (mean ≥ 1) after 2020, though significant regional differences persisted, with the northwest region outperforming the southwest. (2) The relatively higher agricultural land use efficiency in the northwest region was primarily attributed to the continuous improvement in pure technical efficiency. (3) The influencing factors exhibited spatiotemporal heterogeneity in both the degree and direction of their effects on agricultural land use efficiency. Accordingly, it is necessary to implement region-specific quality and efficiency improvement measures, optimize the diversified food supply structure, and refine the factor support system, so as to enhance agricultural land resource utilization efficiency and diversified food supply capacity in western China.
