植保无人机发展对农业全要素生产率的影响研究

Research on the Impact of the Development of Agricultural Pest Control Drones on the Total Factor Productivity of Agriculture

  • 摘要: 培育壮大植保无人机产业是发展农业新质生产力、赋能农业高质量发展的重要举措。基于2014—2022年中国1 032个县域的面板数据,实证检验植保无人机发展对农业全要素生产率的影响效应与作用机制。研究结果表明:植保无人机发展能够显著促进农业全要素生产率提升。机制分析发现,植保无人机发展主要通过改善农业技术效率从而有效驱动农业全要素生产率增长,对农业技术进步的作用不显著。异质性分析发现,区域间赋能效果存在明显分化,对东部地区以技术效率改善为主,对西部地区呈现技术效率与技术进步双轮驱动,对中部地区提升效应不显著。据此,提出强化区域适配性技术推广、构建全链条社会化服务体系、优化政策与基础设施保障等政策建议。

     

    Abstract: Fostering and expanding the agricultural plant protection drone industry is an important measure to develop new quality productivity in agriculture and empower high-quality agricultural development. Based on panel data of 1 032 counties in China from 2014 to 2022, this paper empirically examined the impact and mechanism of the development of agricultural plant protection drones on agricultural total factor productivity. The results showed that the development of agricultural plant protection drones could significantly improve agricultural total factor productivity. Mechanism analysis revealed that the development of agricultural plant protection drones effectively drived the growth of agricultural total factor productivity mainly by improving agricultural technical efficiency, while its effect on agricultural technological progress was not significant. Heterogeneity analysis showed obvious regional differences in the empowerment effect: it was dominated by technical efficiency improvement in the eastern region, driven by both technical efficiency and technological progress in the western region, and had no significant improvement effect in the central region. Accordingly, policy recommendations were proposed, including strengthening region-adapted technology promotion, building a full-chain socialized service system, and optimizing policy and infrastructure support.
