交通基础设施对农业绿色发展的影响研究基于农业生产性服务业中介效应与地区异质性的实证分析

Research on the Effect of Transport Infrastructure on Agricultural Green Development: Empirical Analysis Based on the Mediating Effect of Agricultural Production Service Industries and Regional Heterogeneity

  • 摘要: 基于省级层面的面板数据,分析了以公路为代表的交通基础设施对农业绿色发展产生的影响、农业生产性服务业在其中起的中介作用以及这种影响在不同地区的异质性。根据理论分析与实证检验,本文的主要研究结论有:(1)交通基础设施对农业绿色发展存在显著的“U”形影响,即交通基础设施的提高对农业绿色发展的影响先抑制后促进。(2)交通基础设施可以影响农业绿色发展,一个重要的中介效应机制是其对农业生产性服务业存在“U”形影响。(3)交通基础设施对农业绿色发展的影响存在地区异质性,在粮食非主产区该影响的拐点会更早到来,在中西部地区该影响表现得更加显著。根据研究结论,文章给出了相应的政策建议。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the provincial level panel data, this article analyzed the impact of transport infrastructure represented by highways on agricultural green development, the role of agricultural productive services in it, and the regional heterogeneity of the effect. The main conclusions of this article were as follows: (1) Transportation infrastructure had a significant U-shaped impact on agricultural green development, that was, the effect of transport infrastructure first suppressed and then promoted. (2) Transportation infrastructure could affect agricultural green development, an important mediating effect was the U-shaped impact of transportation infrastructure on agricultural productive services. (3) There was regional heterogeneous in this impact, the turning point of this impact would arrive earlier in the non-major grain producing areas, and it would be more significant in the central and western regions of China. According to the conclusion, the corresponding policy suggestions are given.
