Abstract: Based on the survey data of rice planting family farms in Chengdu Plain Economic Zone, this study uses benchmark regression model and moderation effect model to explore the relationship between the circulation of farmland management rights, allocation of production factors, and income increase of family farms. And using an interaction effect model to analyze the role of agricultural machinery service outsourcing in family farm income growth. Research shows that: Firstly, farmland operation scale, farmland transfer contracts, and farmland productivity level significantly promote the growth of family farms' operating income. Secondly, agricultural labor input, agricultural machinery investment, agricultural technology adoption, and agricultural data application significantly promote the growth of family farms' operating income. Thirdly, farmland management rights transfer positively moderates the income effect of production factor allocation. It includes farmland operation scale enhances the income effects of agricultural labor input, agricultural technology adoption, agricultural data application; farmland transfer contracts enhances the income effects of agricultural machinery investment; farmland production level enhances the income effects of agricultural machinery investment, agricultural technology adoption, agricultural data application. Fourthly, the interaction between agricultural machinery investment and agricultural machinery services outsourcing promotes the growth of family farm operating income. Therefore, it is recommended to improve the rural land management rights transfer, strengthen the linkage between farmland management rights transfer and production factor allocation, and coordinate farmland scale operation and service scale operation, so as to promote the income increase of family farms.
