驻村第一书记帮促对村集体经济发展的影响研究基于江苏省17个村的调查

The Impact of First Secretaries Stationed in Villages on the Development of Village Collective Economy: An Investigation Based on 17 Villages in Jiangsu Province

  • 摘要: 为探究驻村第一书记在推动村集体经济发展中的作用机制,本研究基于对江苏省17个派驻驻村第一书记村庄的实地调查,重点考察了第一书记努力程度、新项目引入、基础设施贡献、村组织交流与建设以及第一书记社会资本等变量对村集体经济发展的影响。研究收集了269位村民的问卷调查数据,并进行实证检验。结果表明:驻村第一书记努力程度对村集体经济发展具有显著正向影响,不仅直接促进基础设施改善和新项目引入,还通过强化村组织建设、拓展社会资本等路径推动集体经济多元化与可持续发展。基于上述发现,建议进一步优化驻村第一书记选拔与培训机制,鼓励其积极引入新技术与新项目,加强村组织交流与建设,并充分利用驻村第一书记社会资本,以提升帮促工作整体效能。

     

    Abstract: To evaluate the mechanism by which the First Secretaries stationed in villages impact the development of the village collective economy, this study, based on a field survey of 17 villages in Jiangsu Province where First Secretaries are stationed, focuses on examining the influence of variables such as the effort level of the First Secretaries, introduction of new projects, contributions to infrastructure, village organizational communication and development, and social capital. The research employed a questionnaire survey method, collecting evaluation data from 269 villagers, and conducted empirical tests. The results indicate that the effort level of the First Secretaries has a significant positive impact on the development of the village collective economy. It not only directly promotes infrastructure improvement and the introduction of new assistance projects but also indirectly fosters the diversification and sustainable development of the collective economy by strengthening village organizational development and leveraging social capital. Based on these findings, it is recommended to further optimize the selection and training mechanisms for First Secretaries, encourage them to actively introduce new technologies and projects, enhance village organizational communication and development, and fully utilize the social capital of the First Secretaries to improve the overall effectiveness of the assistance work.
