Abstract:
As highlands of technology and talent, agricultural universities bear an important mission in empowering comprehensive rural revitalization through the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. This paper takes Yunnan Agricultural University as a research case, exploring its “Six Ones”social service model, and systematically analyzes how Yunnan Agricultural University enhances the efficiency of agricultural science and technology achievement transformation through a series of measures, such as building a multi-stakeholder collaborative service system, consolidating the foundation for technology achievement transformation, improving the adaptability of technological outcomes, and optimizing talent cultivation mechanisms. It also points out that, at present, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agricultural universities still faces practical challenges, including low efficiency in stakeholder collaboration, directional deviations in evaluation systems, incomplete service chains, and insufficient refinement in policy implementation. To address these issues, this paper suggests improvements in aspects such as constructing an efficient government-industry-university-research-application collaborative system, optimizing scientific research evaluation models, perfecting the achievement maturation service network, and strengthening policy coordination and implementation guarantees, aiming to provide replicable and promotable pathway models and practical solutions for agricultural universities in border ethnic areas to serve comprehensive rural revitalization through achievement transformation.
