Abstract:
To break the binary contradiction between economic development and environmental protection, and promote sustainable development of productive forces, this article was guided by the Marxist theory of productive factors, aiming to construct an ecological transformation analysis framework for green productive factors. By combining theoretical analysis with practical problems, this paper focused on the three basic elements of workers, labor objects, and labor materials in the green productivity system, and sorted out their practical difficulties in the green transformation. It focused on analyzing the three major contradictions between the shortage of green skills and traditional industry dependence, resource consumption patterns and ecological carrying capacity, and high carbon equipment lock-in and green technology costs, revealing the structural obstacles behind them. On the basis of analyzing contradictions, it proposes solutions by reshaping the subjectivity of families, schools, and society to solve the contradictions in the dimension of laborers, reconstructing the paradigm of material transformation to solve the contradictions in the dimension of labor objects, and establishing a linkage mechanism of policy regulation market feedback technology iteration to solve the contradictions in the dimension of labor materials. It provides a new analytical framework for the theoretical research on green productivity, as well as targeted path references for practical research.
