Abstract:
Science and technology are sharp weapons for building a strong agricultural country. The transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is conducive to enhancing agricultural productivity, upgrading the agricultural industry, and advancing the development of agricultural modernization. This study selected 588 papers from CSSCI, CSCD, and Peking University Chinese Core Journals in the CNKI database between 1992 and 2024 as the data source. Using the visualization analysis software CiteSpace, it quantitatively analyzed and evaluated the research status and hotspots of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements. The analysis elucidated the staged evolution patterns, core research themes, prominent contributing institutions, and key scholarly profiles in the domain of agricultural science and technology achievement transformation studies conducted within China. Three research limitations were identified: first, research focusing on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in emerging agricultural industries was urgently needed; second, there was insufficient collaborative research involving enterprises; third, cross-regional collaborative research was weak. Based on the practical needs of modern agricultural science and technology, the study put forward research prospects: in terms of research content, focus on key national agricultural science and technology innovation fields and expand research on the transformation of achievements in new agricultural formats; in terms of research subjects, deepen the research on enterprise-led open innovation ecosystems; in terms of research institutions, strengthen cross-regional cooperation and exchanges between eastern and western China. It is expected to provide references for subsequent research.
