数字经济发展水平对我国粮食安全的影响研究

A Study on the Impact of the Level of Digital Economic Development on China’ s Food Security

  • 摘要: 基于2011—2023年中国31个省区市的面板数据,文章运用熵值法测度数字经济发展水平,在此基础上构建基准回归模型和中介效应模型,实证检验分析数字经济发展水平、农业技术创新、农地流转水平与粮食安全之间的关系。基准回归结果表明,数字经济的发展对我国粮食安全水平具有显著的正向提升作用,并且在经过稳健性检验和内生性处理后,该结论仍然有效;机制分析表明,农业技术创新与农地流转水平在数字经济影响粮食安全的过程中发挥显著的中介作用;进一步地异质性分析表明,数字经济对粮食安全的促进作用存在明显的区域差异:在东部地区与北方地区表现为显著正向效应,而在中、西部地区和南方地区则不显著。在此基础上,提出应制定区域差异化的数字经济发展政策,强化农业技术创新与农地流转机制,增强数字经济对粮食安全的正向激励效应。

     

    Abstract: Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2023, this research employed the entropy method to measure the level of digital economy development and constructed benchmark regression and mediation models to empirically examine the relationships among the level of digital economy development, agricultural technological innovation, land transfer level and food security. The benchmark regression results indicated that, the development of the digital economy had a significantly positive impact on China’ s food security, a conclusion that remained valid after robustness checks and endogeneity treatments. Mechanism analysis showed that, agricultural technological innovation and land transfer level in agriculture played significant mediating roles in the impact of the digital economy on food security. Further heterogeneity analysis revealed that, the promoting effect of the digital economy on food security varied significantly across regions: it was significantly positive in the eastern and northern regions, while it was not significant in the central, western, and southern regions. Based on these findings, suggesting that region-specific digital economy development policies should be formulated to strengthen agricultural technological innovation and land transfer mechanisms, thereby enhancing the positive incentive effect of the digital economy on food security.
