Abstract:
To promote the comprehensive green transformation of agricultural development and enhance the supply capacity of green agricultural products in mountainous areas, this thesis conducted field research in Zhejiang and Jiangxi Provinces, collecting 495 farmers’ questionnaires. Using a Logit model, the thesis examined the impact of government incentives on farmers’ adoption of green production technologies and the role of agricultural socialized services in this mechanism. The findings revealed that: (1) For every 100-yuan increase in government subsidies, the adoption rate of green production technologies increased by 4.61%, with significant positive effects on manual weeding, organic fertilizer application, and non-pollutant pesticide using; (2) Intermediary services and training services could increase farmers’ adoption rates by 47% and 118%, respectively, with training services showing a stronger promotional effect; (3) Socialized services played a positive moderating role in the impact of government incentives on farmers’ adoption of green technologies, ensuring the precision and effectiveness of government incentives through centralized procurement of agricultural inputs and improving farmers’ awareness. Based on these findings, this paper proposed policy recommendations that the government should increase incentives for green agricultural production technologies, strengthen the construction of grassroots agricultural technology extension systems, and emphasize the development of socialized service systems.
