新质生产力对粮食供应链韧性的影响研究基于中国30个省区市的面板数据

Research on the Impact of New Forms of Productivity on Grain Supply Chain Resilience: Based on Panel Data from 30 Provinces, Autonomous Regions, and Municipalities in China

  • 摘要: 粮食问题关乎国计民生,确保粮食有效供给、价格基本稳定,必须强化粮食供应链韧性。基于2012—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,深入探究新质生产力对粮食供应链韧性的影响。研究表明,从全国整体来看,新质生产力与粮食供应链韧性具有显著正相关作用。中介效应检验结果表明,推动农业技术进步是新质生产力赋能粮食供应链韧性提升的关键途径。异质性分析结果显示,在粮食主产区和非粮食主产区,新质生产力在粮食主产区对粮食供应链韧性的赋能效应更为明显。因此应重视新质生产力在粮食供应链韧性提升中的重要作用,促进新质生产力发展,以持续增强粮食供应链的稳定性、安全性、抗逆性和协同性,进一步增强粮食保供稳价能力。

     

    Abstract: The issue of food concerns the national economy and people’ s livelihood, and to ensure effective food supply and basic price stability, it is imperative to strengthen the resilience of the food supply chain. Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022, this study delves into the impact of new-quality productivity on the resilience of the food supply chain. The research indicates a significant positive correlation between new-quality productivity and food supply chain resilience. The mediation effect test results show that promoting agricultural technological progress is a key pathway through which new-quality productivity enhances food supply chain resilience. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the empowering effect of new-quality productivity on food supply chain resilience is more pronounced in major grain-producing regions compared to non-major grain-producing regions. Therefore, it is crucial to emphasize the important role of new-quality productivity in enhancing food supply chain resilience, promote the development of new-quality productivity, and continuously strengthen the stability, security, resilience, and synergy of the food supply chain, further enhancing the ability to ensure stable food supply and prices.
