西部地区农业新质生产力发展水平区域差异的实证分析基于西部地区11个省域面板数据

An Empirical Analysis of Regional Differences in the Development Level of New Agricultural Productivity in the Western Region: Based on Panel Data of 11 Provinces in the Western Region

  • 摘要: 为缩小区域农业发展差异,推动农业高质量发展,本文基于农业新质生产力的概论内涵和形成逻辑,从农业劳动者、农业劳动资料、农业劳动对象三个维度构建农业新质生产力发展水平评价指标体系,运用熵值法测算2012年-2022年西部地区(除西藏以外)农业新质生产力发展水平,并利用Dagum基尼系数及分解法对西部地区11个省份农业新质生产力发展水平的区域内、区域间差异及贡献率进行测算。通过统计测度准确把握西部地区农业新质生产力发展水平高低、地区差异大小,进而因地制宜地提出缩小西部地区新质生产力发展地区差异、提升各地区农业新质生产力发展水平的对策建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to narrow the differences in regional agricultural development and promote the high-quality development of agriculture, based on the general connotation and formation logic of new agricultural productivity, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the development level of new agricultural productivity from three dimensions: agricultural laborers, agricultural labor materials and agricultural labor objects, and uses the entropy method to measure the development level of new agricultural productivity in the western region (except Tibet) from 2012 to 2022. The Dagum Gini coefficient and decomposition method were used to measure the intra-regional and inter-regional differences and contribution rates of the development level of agricultural new quality productivity in 11 provinces in the western region. Through statistical measurement, we can accurately grasp the level of development of new agricultural productivity in the western region and the size of regional differences, and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the regional differences in the development of new quality productivity in the western region and improve the development level of new agricultural productivity in various regions according to local conditions.
