碳排放约束下福建农业生产效率及影响因素分析

Analysis of Agricultural Production Efficiency and Influencing Factors in Fujian Province under the Constraint of Carbon Emissions

  • 摘要: 提高碳排放约束下的农业生产效率是推动福建省农业绿色高质量发展的重要动力。本文以2012-2022年福建省9个地级市的面板数据为基础,运用Super-SBM模型和GML模型对碳排放约束下福建省农业生产效率水平进行了全面测算,并利用Tobit模型分析对影响因素进行了系统分析。分析结果表明,在碳排放约束下,福建省农业生产效率呈显著的上升趋势,但也存在着技术效率值较低,技术效率与技术进步不相适应,农业生产效率空间演变趋势不平衡等问题。基于此,作者认为为推动福建省农业低碳高效率发展,应高度重视技术进步对农业生产效率提高的重要基础作用,建立区域间高效运转的协调机制,充分发挥增长极辐射带动作用。

     

    Abstract: Improving agricultural production efficiency under carbon emission constraints is an important driving force to promote the green and high-quality development of agriculture in Fujian Province. Based on the panel data of 9 prefecture-level cities in Fujian Province from 2012 to 2022, this paper uses the Super-SBM model and GML model to comprehensively measure the agricultural productivity level of Fujian Province under the constraint of carbon emissions, and uses the Tobit model to analyze the influencing factors. The analysis results show that under the constraint of carbon emissions, the agricultural production efficiency of Fujian Province shows a significant upward trend, but there are also some problems, such as low technical efficiency, incompatibility between technical efficiency and technological progress, and unbalanced spatial evolution trend of agricultural production efficiency. Based on this, the authors believe that in order to promote the low-carbon and high-efficiency development of agriculture in Fujian Province, we should attach great importance to the important basic role of technological progress in improving agricultural production efficiency, establish a coordination mechanism for efficient operation between regions, and give full play to the radiation and driving role of growth poles.
