Abstract:
Based on field research of social organizations in border areas of Yunnan, through several case studies, this article analyzed the pathways of social organizations’ participation in rural revitalization from the perspectives of subjectivity and organization based on the “New Endogenous Development Theory” . The results showed that, the current pathways for social organizations to participate in rural revitalization mainly included three typical types: involving self-activation of the organization’ s endogenous development, resource linkage to cultivate local organizations, and community empowerment through resource integration. By integrating inside and outside and promoting endogenous development through exogenous factors, a new endogenous development pathway for social organizations to participate in rural revitalization had been achieved.
