Abstract:
This article built an evaluation index system for agricultural green development from three dimensions of resource saving conservation, high-efficiency output quality, and ecological environment safety. Using entropy weight -TOPSIS, obstacle factor diagnosis model and spatial autocorrelation model, the green agricultural development in Anhui Province was empirically analyzed. The research results showed that, (1) From 2017 to 2022, the level of agricultural green development in Anhui Province had generally risen steadily. Among them, resource saving conservation points fluctuations had increased, output quality and safety were steadily increased, and the safety of ecological environment security had grown rapidly. From the perspective of regional development, the development of southern Anhui was the best, followed by Central Anhui, and the development of northern Anhui was the worst. (2) In 2022, the overall spatial distribution of agricultural green development in Anhui Province was mainly concentrated in southern and central Anhui, and the low value areas were mainly concentrated in northern Anhui, showing the spatial distribution characteristics of “high in south and low in north, high in east and low in west” . The level of agricultural green development in each city showed a certain high and low -value agglomeration characteristics. (3) Analysis of obstacles indicating that the main factors that restrict the green development of agricultural development in northern Anhui were agricultural labor productivity, per capita disposable income of rural residents, and agricultural output valued for unit area; for southern Anhui and Central Anhui, agricultural output valued for unit area,water-saving irrigation area and engel coefficient of permanent residents in rural areas were the main factors.All regions of Anhui should combine their own shortcomings, adapt to local conditions and accurate policies, and jointly promote the high -quality green development of Anhui Province.
