Abstract:
Entrepreneurial bricolage is an effective way for new generation migrant workers to cope with resource constraints, and it is also the key to improve entrepreneurial performance. Based on the theory of entrepreneurial bricolage, 267 questionnaires were collected through Credamo to reveal the mechanism of entrepreneurial bricolage’ s influence on the entrepreneurial performance of new generation migrant workers. The results showed that, entrepreneurial bricolage positively affected the entrepreneurial performance of new generation migrant workers, in which entrepreneurial capability played a mediating role; the institutional environment positively moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial performance, which constituted a moderated mediation effect model. The results provided useful references for effectively improving the entrepreneurial performance of the new generation of migrant entrepreneurs and increasing their entrepreneurial success rate.
