Abstract: The view of justice and interests of the Communist Party of China is socialist one which inherits the fine traditional Chinese culture, absorbs Marxist-Leninist thought about justice and interests, enriches and develops itself in the concrete practice. The concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind is the theoretical cornerstone of the view of justice and interests of the Communist Party of China, unity and cooperation is its practical logic, fairness and justice is its value orientation and common development is its goal. Putting the people first to uphold social fairness and justice, implementing the Belt and Road construction plan, promoting theoretical innovation and dissemination and building a new type of international relations are the critical path to promote the practice of the view of justice and interests of the communist party of China.
