Abstract: Rural cultural revitalization is an important content and soul orientation of rural revitalization. Innovating excellent traditional Chinese culture is an inevitable requirement for realizing the revitalization of rural culture, and rural elite culture is an important link for carrying forward Chinese excellent culture. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to give full play to the role of rural culture and empower rural culture to revitalize. This paper analyzed the internal logic of rural elites culture boosting rural cultural revitalization from three levels, such as subjective consciousness, expounds the reality of rural elites culture boosting rural cultural revitalization at present, and put forward some policy suggestions, such as strengthening rural elites culture protection, enriching rural elites culture industry, optimizing new rural elites team structure and perfecting elites participation mechanism, in order to provide useful reference for promoting rural cultural revitalization.
