Abstract:
This paper constructed a three-system evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation of agricultural engineering, functional transformation of land use and rural revitalization, and used the panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities in China from 2011 to 2022 to carry out empirical analysis. The results showed that, from 2011 to 2022, the three systems in China were in a steady development state, scientific and technological innovation of agricultural engineering was the fastest and the highest level in the east, functional transformation of land use was the slowest and slightly better in the west, and rural revitalization was the highest and the highest level in the east. The coordination degree of the three systems increased steadily, but the coordination level was not high. The national coordination degree showed an “ellipsoidal” feature with small at both ends and large in the middle, and a spatial layout of “high in the east, low in the central and west” . The coordination degree of the three systems showed a spatial positive correlation, and there were spatial agglomeration characteristics but the agglomeration degree was not high. H-H agglomeration was mainly distributed in the east, L-L agglomeration was mainly distributed in the west, and L-H agglomeration was distributed in Anhui, Jiangxi and other regions. We should continue to promote scientific and technological innovation of agricultural engineering, optimize land use patterns, promote rural revitalization, and achieve a higher level of coordinated development of the three systems.
