Abstract: With the development of digital economy, it is of great significance to promote the integration of three industries in rural areas through the construction of digital villages. The mechanism and impact factors of digital rural construction(DRC) promoting rural industrial integrated development (RIID) were studied, and the evaluation model of RIID were constructed. This paper made an empirical study, using the evaluation index of “County Digital Rural Index Report” of Peking University, based on the panel data of 111 counties in Yunnan Province from 2018 to 2020. The results showed that, the level of RIID was not high, while DRC could effectively promote the RIID by improving the scale of agricultural operation and the modern information literacy of farmers. In terms of sub-region, the promotion effect in the central and western parts of Yunnan was obvious, but not in the eastern and border areas. This paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for establishing the concept of rural digital transformation, grasping the opportunity of digital rural construction, exploring the new forms of modern rural and new agriculture, and coordinating the balanced development of digital rural.
