Abstract:
The western region is the main battlefield for poverty eradication in China and the main front for implementing rural revitalization strategy. Due to the influence of geographical location, resource endowment and history, rural development in western regions still faces problems such as lack of endogenous motivation of farmers, poor effect of industry in bringing poverty and unsustainable development. In order to achieve a smooth transition from poverty eradication to rural revitalization in western regions, we should analyze the core elements of new endogenous development, follow the logic of “resource sharing-organizational mobilization-ideological identity” , explore the analytical framework of new endogenous development model in rural areas, it should also propose a path to realize rural revitalization in the western region in terms of improving the efficiency of urban and rural resources utilization, coordinating the interests of participating subjects, and cultivating the source motivation of rural revitalization.
