Abstract:
The integrated development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas is the inevitable trend to realize rural revitalization and build modern rural areas. This paper aimed to study the breakthrough path of rural three-industry integration in Fujian Province, selected eight provinces along the eastern coast of China as the research objects, combined the three major benefits of social, economic and ecological that need to be satisfied for the modernization development of China’ s rural areas, built a comprehensive evaluation index system for the integrated development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, employed the entropy weight method to measure the level of tertiary industry integration in eight eastern coastal provinces in 2020, and compared and analyzed the weaknesses in rural three-industry integration in Fujian Province. The results showed that, Shandong, Zhejiang and Jiangsu had entered the growth stage of rural three-industry integration, while Fujian Province was still in the initial stage. The breakthrough path of rural three-industry integration in Fujian province was analyzed from four aspects: the main body of three-industry integration, the role of the government, the sales channels of agricultural products and leisure agriculture and rural tourism. To promote the overall level of integrated development of the three- industry in Fujian, it is necessary to vigorously develop leisure agriculture, promote the extension of the industrial chain by leading enterprises, provide services and support for agriculture by the government, and firmly grasp the concept of “green ecology” to build modern rural areas, and achieve rural revitalization.
