Abstract:
Based on relevant literature and expert consultation, main influencing factors of promoting counterurbanization were identified from both external environment and individual residents. The centrality and causal degree of influencing factors were analyzed through the DEMATEL-ISM integration method; a hierarchical structure model of influencing factors was established to explore critical factors and their action path of the counterurbanization development. The results showed that, policy factors such as economic incentive policies, land and talent policies were the initiators of promoting the counterurbanization development; factors such as the rural diversified industrial development, convenient transportation and logistics system had an important impact on other factors; the main action path was as follows: economic incentive policies→convenient transportation→rural diversified industrial development→business opportunities→rural diversified industrial development→logistics improvement→urban-rural industrial structure adjustment.
