新型城镇化与生态环境互动关系研究以安徽省为例

The Interactive Relationship between New Urbanization and Ecological Environment: A Case Study of Anhui Province

  • 摘要: 以安徽省为例,运用熵权Topsis、耦合协调度和Tapio解耦模型探究了两者的互动关系。结果表明,2015—2020年安徽省新型城镇化稳步逐年递增,生态环境水平波动上升;城市间两系统发展排名不同步,皖江城市带为“高—高”型,皖北地区基本为“低—低”型,其余城市为“一低一高”;安徽省表现高耦合水平,协调等级逐渐提高,其中皖江>六安和黄山>皖北;脱钩类型以增长连结,扩张负脱钩和弱脱钩为主,强脱钩状态城市减少,说明环境日益受到重视。安徽省应注重缩小区域差异,提高皖北地区城镇化和生态环境水平。

     

    Abstract: Taking Anhui Province as an example, this paper explored the interaction between them by using entropy weight Topsis, coupling coordination degree and Tapio decoupling model. The results show that, from 2015 to 2020, the new urbanization in Anhui Province was steadily increasing year by year, and the level of ecological environment was fluctuating. The development rankings of the two systems between cities were not synchronized. The urban belt in Wanjiang City was “high-high” , the northern part of Anhui Province was basically “low-low” , and the rest were “one low and one high” . It showed a high level of coupling, and the coordination level was gradually improved, in which Wanjiang > Lu’ an and Huangshan > Northern Anhui; The types of decoupling were mainly growth connection, expansion negative decoupling and weak decoupling, the decrease of cities with strong decoupling indicates that the environment had been paid more and more attention. Anhui should pay attention to narrowing regional differences and improving the level of urbanization and ecological environment in northern Anhui.
