Abstract: Based on database of survey questionnaires from Yunnan, Ningxia and Guizhou Provinces, by constructing binary logistic regression model, this paper analyzed satisfaction degree from the ecological migrants in ethnic minority regions on farmland property confirmation and influencing factors on their land circulation behavior. The results showed as follows : (1) farmland management income, cognition of farmland property and understanding of policies of farmland property confirmation were important factors remarkably affecting the ecological migrants’ satisfaction degree on policies of farmland property confirmation; (2) the farmland property confirmation effectively promoted the ecological migrants’ farmland circulation. The factors of circulation time limit, family population and farmland features would affect the migrants’ farmland circulation behavior. Accordingly, we should strengthen farmland policy propaganda, reduce farmland transaction cost, promote issuing certificate of farmland property, reinforce farmland management, intensify social security in rural areas and increase support to the ecological migrants’ transfer employment.
