河南省生态文明综合评价基于熵值法与耦合协调度模型

Comprehensive Evaluation of Ecological Civilization in Henan Province: Based on Entropy Method and Coupling Coordination Degree Model

  • 摘要: 本文以经济发展、生态环境、社会进步作为三个子系统并选取15项指标来构建河南省生态文明综合评价指标体系,运用熵值法对2011—2020年河南省生态文明发展进行评价分析,最后通过构建耦合协调度模型对河南省生态文明各子系统的耦合度和耦合协调度进行定量分析和具体归类。结果表明:2011—2012年河南省生态文明各子系统处于基本耦合阶段,其他年份均处于高度耦合阶段。总体上看,2011—2020年河南省生态文明各子系统之间的耦合协调度呈现出上升的趋势,但整体耦合协调度仍然偏低。研究结果可以为河南省未来的生态经济高质量发展以及政策的制定提供实证支持和政策意见。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, economic development, ecological environment and social progress were taken as three subsystems and 15 indicators were selected to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological civilization in Henan Province. The entropy method was used to evaluate and analyze the development of ecological civilization in Henan Province from 2011 to 2020. Finally, the coupling degree and coupling degree of each subsystem of ecological civilization in Henan Province were quantitatively analyzed and classified by constructing coupling coordination degree model. The results showed that the subsystems of ecological civilization in Henan Province were in the basic coupling stage in 2011—2012, and were in the highly coupling stage in other years. On the whole, the coupling coordination degree among all subsystems of ecological civilization in Henan Province showed an increasing trend during 2011—2020, but the overall coupling coordination degree was still low. The research results can provided empirical support and policy advice for the future high-quality development of ecological economy and policy formulation in Henan Province.
