Abstract: Vocational farmers training is the core content and strong support for implementing rural vitalization strategy, building agricultural and rural modernization and promoting rural economic and social development. This paper compares the models of vocational farmer training in China with that in foreign countries, deeply summarizes the development status of vocational farmer training in China, systematically analyzes the remarkable achievements of vocational farmer training in China, deeply finds out the main problems of vocational farmer training in China, and puts forward the measures and suggestions to strengthen vocational farmer training from the aspects of policy guarantee, cooperation system, capital investment and precision training.
