Abstract:
The governance of rural ecological environment is an important content of grassroots social governance, which is of great significance for realizing people’ s yearning for a better life. Environmental governance in suburban villages presents different characteristics. Based on the field investigation in the suburban villages in northern Zhejiang, this paper analyzes the current situation of environmental governance in the suburban villages from the perspective of environmental justice and finds that the environmental governance of the suburban villages is essentially in an unbalanced, uncoordinated and unjust state, and behind it reflects the urban government’ s will, making rural environmental governance facing sustainable problems. In the era of urban-rural integration, it is necessary to build a rural ecological governance model for urban-rural integrated development. To achieve this, it is necessary to achieve a balance between rural development rights and environmental governance rights, take the road of supporting urban and rural functions, pay attention to local experience and stimulate the main body of the villagers so as to realize the justice of urban and rural ecological environment.
