Abstract:
Exploring new ways and paths to realize the fairness of land contract rights under the background of urban-rural integration will help to solve the contradiction between the consolidation of land contract rights and population changes.Under the original distribution pattern of land contract rights, the limitations of “in-farming” farmers’ rights and interests have become increasingly prominent, the process of mechanization transformation has been slow, and the inequity of land income among farmers has become increasingly prominent. In the context of urban-rural integrated development, farmers no longer need to directly occupy or cultivate land to obtain benefits. Therefore, on the basis of establishing a clear and dynamic two-way flow mechanism for income entities, By generating income through multiple channels such as the land shareholding system and land fund, and building a balanced and diversified income-sharing mechanism, a new equity of farmers’ land contract rights under the background of urban-rural integrated development can be realized.
