Abstract:
In order to achieve the goals and tasks of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Lancang County, a frontier minority region of Yunnan Province, colleges and universities and scientific research institutes held local training courses on key agricultural technologies, and carried out the exploration and practice of the rural talent revitalization mode. This model is based on the development of local resources, disseminates advanced science and technology, improves agricultural production skills, trains new farmers, cultivates wealth leaders, cultivates poverty alleviation industries, increases farmers’ income, realizes sustainable poverty alleviation, boosts rural revitalization, and turns green water and mountains into golden mountains and silver mountains the frontier minority area.
