Abstract: The resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste is the embodiment of the concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” , and is also an important measure for the construction of ecological civilization. Through the analysis of the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste, the aim is to improve the utilization of livestock and poultry waste resources and reduce the pollution of livestock and poultry manure to the environment. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the resource utilization level of livestock and poultry waste from the three dimensions of economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit. The Tobit model is used to analyze the influencing factors of the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste. The empirical results show that the overall utilization level of livestock and poultry waste in Jiangxi Province presents a trend of first decreasing, then increasing and then decreasing. Showing a downward trend, social benefits and comprehensive benefits show the same trend of change. The GDP per capita and the average years of education in the region have a significant positive effect on improving the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste. According to the analysis results, suggestions are put forward for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste.
