Abstract: Building the entire agricultural industrial chain is an important foundation for the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, which is also an important measure to build the modern agricultural industrial system and an important starting point for the rural revitalization strategy. As the largest producer of coffee raw materials in China, it is of great significance for Pu’ er to promote the efficient development of the whole coffee industry chain to cultivate competitive industries and increase farmers’ income. Based on the development status of the coffee industry chain in Pu’ er city, this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each link in the industry chain, combing with the main development trends at home and abroad, then further put forward the development path of the coffee industry in Pu’ er city to optimize the primary production, strengthen the secondary production and develop distinctive tertiary industry for the purpose of providing specific path support for the transformation and upgrading the development of the coffee industry in Pu’ er city and even all the states in Yunnan Province.
