图书馆移动信息服务助力乡村文化振兴的建设构想

The Consideration on the Benefit from Digital Wisdom Library to Rural Cultural Revitalization

摘要: 图书馆微信参考咨询服务的优化有助于促进乡村文化振兴工作。文章以乡村留守儿童和留守老人为研究对象，根据SECI知识转移分析模型，对图书馆服务于留守儿童和留守老人的诉求依次从共同化(socialization)、表出化(externalization)、联结化(combination)和内在化(internalization)四个阶段进行分析阐释，为图书馆移动信息服务发展提供所需要的决策依据。

Abstract: The benefits from We-chat consulting service in library improve the quality and efficiency of rural cultural service. This paper proposed that the development of We-chat consulting service in library, to rural children and rural elderly, needed to construct strategies based on four stages of SECI model, including socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Also, this paper provided the method to solve the problems of digital wisdom library.
